CCA NZ Call Center receives top awards

Our National Call Center (NCC) have proven once again that they set the standards across the country after their recent success at the CRM Contact Centre Awards held in Auckland on September 16.
The NCC team won first place in the Outbound Business to Business Calling category for the fifth year in a row, receiving the coveted Diamond Award.
The team also won the industry sector award for Consumer Goods, and picked up third place for Online Web/Email Service.
As part of the judging process, call centres are contacted anonymously around 20 times in the lead up to the awards and marked on their performance.
The team is now gearing up for next year, hoping to build on their stellar record with a sixth consecutive win and aiming their sights on taking out the overall Supreme Award.
